Since opening, the shop has grown, changed and expanded its offerings, introducing an ever-expanding array of exceptional, locally-sourced products that reflect the finest quality and craftsmanship from the region and beyond.

It celebrates the future of shopping by providing a seamless, self-service experience that empowers customers to browse and select from a curated selection of fresh, seasonal produce and artisanal goods—each item thoughtfully sourced from small, independent farmers and producers who prioritise sustainability and quality over quantity.

We have a commitment to making premium, locally-sourced food accessible in a convenient, flexible way. Thanks to its self-service model, the shop is open seven days a week, from 8am to 6pm—including Sundays and bank holidays—ensuring that customers have the freedom to shop at their convenience. This forward-thinking approach not only supports the needs of busy, modern consumers but also reinforces the shop’s dedication to fostering a more sustainable, community-driven way of consuming.

The shop was originally opened with high tech self service vending machines, although the increase in brand awareness, sales and footfall soon gave the realisation that another way was needed to offer a quality, more diverse product range. There have been many tweaks and improvements since opening as the range continues to grow.
